We will put our application in, and hope for the best! There were several people at the showing today--so a lot of competition.
Pros:
Heart of the center city
Open floor plan
New appliances (first microwave I've seen here too)
Private Washer/Dryer
Cellar/Storage
Video Camera (we can see who is buzzing our apartment)
Elevators
Gorgeous!
Cons:
No Balcony
No yard for Sophie
Only one bedroom
No Parking
We'll see. Definitely excited about this one.

Hey Tanya, thanks for the great pics!! so fun to be apartment hunting with you!! was the no parking a surprise? bummer, I bet you're starting to get a feel of what you really want in a place eh? any more on the horizon?
ReplyDeleteBonjour ma petite chou chou! D sent me the link to your blog! I'm so happy to read about your adventures...
ReplyDeleteGood luck with learning French. When I studied abroad in France, I remember a distinct moment when I finally realized what people where saying. It's frustrating until you get there, but it will happen...I promise! As the French say...Merde! (which is like saying break a leg, but literally means shit).
Also, ma petite chou chou is a term of endearment meaning literally "my little cabbage"...maybe kind of like how we sometimes call people "pumpkin" :)
Can't wait to read more.
